Shane takes the time to discuss my goals, nutrition, lifestyle and progress, and regularly checks in to see how I’m doing. Shane is awesome, very knowledgeable and around to answer questions and makes sure you understand all the details. He also was able to set me up on a nutrition plan that was simple and easy that caters to my day to day life style. Wouldn’t trust anyone else!
